I’m not sure if this is for me, how can I find out?
I’m not good with technology and will find booking online difficult, what shall I do?
Can I come to your classes if I have a health condition?
Do I have to buy a package or can I book individual sessions?
You can book individual sessions however these places are at an enhanced rate and are only available 48 hours before the class starts. Priority booking will be given to those who have purchased a package.
What package options do you have?

I am paying through an insurance company, is that okay?
I am HCPC and CSP registered so you are able to claim back the cost of your physiotherapy appointment with some insurance providers. However, I do not accept payment directly from the insurance company. You will have to pay the cost upfront then I will provide you with a receipt that your insurance company will reimburse you for.
I want to book a deep tissue massage but I don't want an assessment first, can I do this?
This is possible but you would need to complete an online health screening form prior to the appointment. If you are experiencing pain or an injury you will need to book a physiotherapy appointment. However, if you would like a relaxing or maintenance massage you do not need to have an initial assessment.
Do I need a referral from my GP to book?
No, you do not need a referral from a GP to book a physiotherapy appointment.
How quickly can I be booked in?
You can see all up to date availability through our online booking system. If you require a same day appointment please get in touch with Kathryn directly via email or mobile to see if this is possible on the day. In most cases Kathryn will be able to offer you an appointment for the same week.
