Something that makes you feel comfortable! You don’t have to wear gym kit but something you can move freely in would be good. If you are taking part in a matwork class please wear grip socks. For the strength circuits and chair class flat shoes/trainers is most ideal.

I am paying through an insurance company, is that okay?

I am HCPC and CSP registered so you are able to claim back the cost of your physiotherapy appointment with some insurance providers. However, I do not accept payment directly from the insurance company. You will have to pay the cost upfront then I will provide you with a receipt that your insurance company will reimburse you for.

This is possible but you would need to complete an online health screening form prior to the appointment. If you are experiencing pain or an injury you will need to book a physiotherapy appointment. However, if you would like a relaxing or maintenance massage you do not need to have an initial assessment.

No, you do not need a referral from a GP to book a physiotherapy appointment.

You can see all up to date availability through our online booking system. If you require a same day appointment please get in touch with Kathryn directly via email or mobile to see if this is possible on the day. In most cases Kathryn will be able to offer you an appointment for the same week.
