Exercise has always been a big part of my life, but it wasn’t until I became a physio that I really saw how many barriers people face when it comes to getting started with it —even though it has so many benefits for both physical and mental health. In my physio work, I was seeing lots of conditions that could have been prevented with a bit more movement and consistency. That’s when I discovered Pilates.
What I love about Pilates is how adaptable and inclusive it is. It doesn’t have that intimidating gym vibe, and it can be done anywhere, by anyone. It’s fun, it’s effective, and it targets all the key areas that help with injury prevention and rehab. My mission is to help more people build a consistent exercise routine—even if it’s just once a week—and I truly believe Pilates is the perfect way to make that happen
My aim is to provide the best possible care to every single patient. I won’t just treat your foot, shoulder or knee. I’ll treat you as a unique individual, considering your goals, preferences and past experiences. I aim to create a casual and safe space for you to discuss any concerns or questions you have. I hope my values as a physiotherapist and passion to make people’s lives better is visible, giving you hope, and confidence to start your rehabilitation journey.
