If getting up and down from the floor is a challenge, or if mobility is a concern, our Chair Pilates class is the perfect way to stay active and engaged. This class offers a fun and supportive environment where you’ll enjoy a mix of seated exercises in a chair, plus standing exercises with the help of a chair for balance and support.
Designed to be accessible for all abilities, you can join in as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. Each session focuses on improving strength, flexibility, and posture—helping you feel more confident and mobile in your day-to-day life. 
After class, feel free to stick around for a cuppa—we offer tea and coffee so you can relax and catch up with fellow participants. It’s a great opportunity to socialise, share your experience, and feel part of our friendly community.
