Our postnatal Pilates classes are physio-led and designed specifically for new mums by a physiotherapist specialising in female pelvic health and pre- and postnatal care.
These sessions focus on safely rebuilding your connection to your core and pelvic floor—helping you regain strength, confidence, and a sense of “you” after birth. With expert guidance, you’ll learn how to move in ways that support your recovery, ease tension, and lay a strong foundation for long-term wellbeing.
You’re welcome to bring your non-crawling baby along, creating a relaxed, supportive environment where you can focus on your recovery without the pressure of finding childcare. Whether you’re a few weeks or several months postpartum, these classes offer a safe space to reconnect with your body and feel empowered through movement.
