Our pregnancy Pilates classes are specially designed for women in their second and third trimesters, offering a safe, supportive space to move, strengthen, and connect with your changing body.
Led by a specialist pelvic health physiotherapist with expert knowledge in pre- and postnatal care, these classes focus on what matters most during pregnancy: maintaining strength, supporting posture, improving pelvic mobility, and building awareness of your core and breathing mechanics. Every movement is carefully selected to be pregnancy-safe and tailored to the needs of each trimester.
